Our master craftsman puts great attention to detail when crafting these fine 1911 grips. Working with exotic materials, means great precision, meticulous attention, and a steady hand is of upmost importance. The whole process takes a week from start to finish, while great love and attention go into each and every pair.
These grips are for non-ambidextrous safety models only. Be sure to use proper "T- handle" tools, as the grip screws can be very easy to cross-thread.
Do not over-tighten. If excess force is needed, you may have cross-threaded the screws, and will need to replace the screws and bushings.
These grips are limited edition and we only have a very limited amount of sets available at a time.
Every set of a particular color and type of leather will naturally look slightly different, as each hide is naturally different.
Each set has been treated with Chaps Protector - a natural water resistant coating from BeeNatural Leather Care.
